Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) : Immune system boost, enhance collagen, antioxidant properties, aids iron absorption and improved wound healing.

B Complex: includes B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 (Thiamine, Riboflarin, Niacin, Panthothentic Acid, and Pyridoxine). Helps function metabolism, assist hormonal imbalances, immune system health, mood and nerve function, digestion, appetite, energy levels, brain function.
